Exposition Text part 2

Structure of analytical exposition text

"Then, if I want to make an analytical exposition text, how do I do it?"

Calm down, Guys. Now we will discuss what parts make up analytical exposition text. Analytical exposition text consists of:

1. Thesis

In this part of the thesis, the writer must tell the reader about the main topic he is going to write about. Thesis can always be found in the first paragraph of the text. In this section, readers can also see why the author gives an opinion on the topic.

2. Arguments

In the next paragraph, you will find the arguments section. The author will write an opinion to support the main topic that has been presented previously. Usually in analytical exposition there are more than two arguments. The more arguments presented, the more readers will believe that the topic discussed is an important topic or requires attention.

3. Reiteration/Conclusion

This section is always located at the end of the text and becomes the closing paragraph of the article. Reiteration contains reaffirmation of the author's position and opinion on the main topic.

So that you understand better, try to look at the example of analytical exposition text below:

COVID-19 health protocol violators should be sanctioned

COVID-19 health protocol violators should be sanctioned. As we know, the number of people infected with the covid virus is still increasing in our country, but some people still ignore the health protocol by not wearing mask and keeping their distance.

First, the violators will continue to ignore the health protocol suggested by the government if they aren't sanctioned. By being sanctioned, they will feel deterred and ashamed so that in the future they will obey the rules given.

Secondly, by sanctioning the violators, they will understand responsibility. Not only does it prevent us from being infected by the virus, but adhering to health protocols also keep others safe. We may not feel infected, but at least we prevent bad things by continuing to keep distance and wearing masks. That way, we will fulfill our responsibilities to ourselves and others.

Lastly, giving sanctions to the violators will make them more aware of the danger of COVID-19. It is said that WHO declared COVID-19 a pandemic, which means that this virus is very dangerous, so it is best to continue to maintain health and avoid COVID-19.

Therefore, the health protocol violators should be sanctioned because of the reasons given above.

Teaching English in Early Childhood is Important

Introduction

Nowadays, almost all people in the world can speak English. English is an international language and one of the most used language in the world. It is more than 50 countries that use English as the official or primary language in communication. English is also commonly used in science, economy and politics, tourism, also entertainment. Therefore, learning English is important because it provides many opportunities and gives much knowledge.

Argument 1

The main question is when is the best time for people to start learning English? The answer is, indeed, the earlier the better. Why is it so? It is because kids have the best learning period known as the Golden Age. This period allows children to learn many things quickly, especially language used in daily communication. When kids are in their early childhood, their brains are like sponge that can quickly absorb anything. Based on some research findings, there are several benefits of learning English in early childhood which are kids will have better reading skill, get higher academic scores, have greater confidence, and get higher opportunities for career in the future.

Argument 2

It is not really hard teaching English to children. However, it can be challenging if parents do not know the key in learning English for kids. It is creating fun activities. Parents can create casual learning environment so that kids will be more comfortable. Provide kids with engaging activities such as playing music, watching kids cartoons or movies, singing English songs, or playing games will definitely help parents to teach English easily. Experts say that if kids have positive and fun experiences in learning, they will be eager to learn more about English.

Conclusion

To sum up, according to the arguments that have been stated above, learning English in early childhood is very important because it provides kids with many opportunities and gives them much knowledge.

PHONES

I strongly believe that mobile phones are necessary. My reasons for this belief are that these phones are convenient for business people who travel a lot, and they are handy for emergencies.

To begin with, mobile phones are necessary in the case of emergencies. For instance, if you fall down a set of stairs in a building and are badly injured and can't reach a pay phone, it is handy to have one to use. Or, if your car breaks down in the middle of the night in a strange neighborhood, it would be dangerous to leave it in search of a public phone booth.

My other main reason is that mobile phones are convenient for business people. For example, if you are out of the state or even overseas and you have to contact a client to do some important work, it is useful to have one to use. By using a mobile phone, important information can be received. People can't stay in an office all day waiting for their phone to ring. Some people have to go and do jobs or they will go out of business. You can even send faxes or messages and use the internet with your mobile.

In conclusion, I believe that mobile phones have now become a necessary part of every day life. Instant communication will ensure that information can be passed on with a simple press of a button. Whether this is to do with business or personal information or emergencies, it goes to show that they are necessary in the new millennium.

The Importance of Having Breakfast

In a busy morning, people tend to skip their breakfast. Actually, there are many benefits of having breakfast. Here are two reasons why it is important.

Having breakfast helps us feel more focused for the coming day. When we study at school and didn't have breakfast before, we will more likely to not focus during the lesson. There's nothing worse than being constantly aware that you are hungry and counting the minutes until lunchtime. Having breakfast in the morning not only fuels us until lunchtime but actually gives our brains the essential energy to function and focus better on tasks, so we can concentrate more.

Having breakfast will also control our appetite. If we don't eat breakfast, we are much more likely to end up snacking throughout the morning, which could pile up the unhealthy calories! Stay away from overly-refined snacks with added sugar, so if you do feel like snacking. have some slices of fruits.

The two reasons above, to help us feel more focused and to control our appetite are only some of many reasons out there on why having breakfast is important. There are indeed many other benefits of having breakfast.
